The room was comfortable, but the noise from the next room was disruptive.

But goodness, could they hear me sneeze from the next room? The walls are so thin, I felt like I was at a 'theater in the round'—and not the good kind!

The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, providing a refreshing escape from the sweltering heat outside. However, the absence of an elevator made it challenging to get our luggage upstairs, especially in the hot hallway. The pool water was surprisingly warm but not very clear, although we still enjoyed our time there. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially during checkout, which left a positive impression.

The stay was pleasant. The queen room with two queen beds was spacious and clean. I appreciated the comfortable beds for a good night's rest. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast options included thick waffles, which I enjoyed. 🥞

Inconveniently, the facility lacks an elevator, making lugging heavy luggage or equipment a workout if you end up on the second floor. Noise from the hallway can be a nuisance, especially with guests chatting and knocking at odd hours. The sole ice machine being on the first floor is a bit of a hassle too for anyone on an upper level. Additionally, some maintenance issues, such as a continually running toilet, can disrupt your stay if you're not lucky enough to have it addressed smoothly.

The hotel had a lovely atmosphere, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool was a nice touch, and the breakfast offered plenty of options. However, the Jacuzzi was disappointing and some of the furnishings showed age, but overall it was a pleasant experience.

The front desk lady Delores was honestly a gem, she was super friendly and made check-in easy unlike anywhere else I’ve been.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but it was still acceptable for what you get.

Hitting up Fox's Pizza Den was a game changer for my late-night munchies—those pies are a slice of heaven! Plus, the staff made my stay feel like I was visiting friends. Enjoyed the sweet taste of convenience with nearby eateries like Dairy Queen, where the cold treats hit just right after a day exploring Berkeley Springs.

Our late-night peace was shattered more than once. Not to mention, the breakfast left me a bit cold, literally.

Had a great time with my family enjoying the clean pool and relaxing at the restaurant on-site, Angus and Ale, which was a hit for dinner. The outdoor pool was perfect for the kids, and we loved unwinding in the evening with a swim. Only downside was some noise from nearby guests, but it didn't ruin our fun. 😊
